This online ordering site is operated by Maine Provisions Inc. for Mainely Convenience in Kingfield, Maine. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.

You pay in full when you place your order. There is no hold and no second charge; the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Orders are for pickup at the counter at Mainely Convenience, 371 Main St, Kingfield, ME 04947. Give the name on the order when you arrive. Food is made to order, so please allow a little time during busy stretches.

Need to cancel or change something? Call the store at (207) 265-2208 before the kitchen starts preparing your food and we will cancel and refund it. Once your food is being made we generally cannot cancel, but if something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will make it right.

Online ordering follows the kitchen's hours. Outside those hours the site will not take orders.

Our food may contain or come in contact with common allergens including wheat, fish, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, shellfish and dairy. Use the note field at checkout and tell us about any allergy, or call the store before ordering.

We do our best, but we may correct obvious price or listing errors. If a correction affects an order you already placed, we will contact you before doing anything else.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
