Privacy Policy

This policy covers online ordering for Mainely Convenience, operated by Maine Provisions Inc. in Kingfield, Maine. Short version: we collect what we need to make your food and hand it to the right person, we do not sell your data, and there are no third-party ads here.

Your name and phone number (so the counter knows whose order is whose and can reach you with questions), your email address (for the order confirmation), your order details, and any note you add. That is it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We use a small set of service providers to run ordering: Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database, and Resend to deliver order emails. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ads. We do not send marketing email. We do not share your information except with the service providers above, or when the law requires it.

We keep order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes, then they go.
